hey jiemeis... sorry for going off 1st. anyway i went straight for the toilet when i reached home. think it is the milo+banana which i ate in the morning.

i doubt i will ever join a 10k run again. it's a torture. after running abt 100m, i had an urge to go head for the toilet. when i saw the toilet after 5+km, i was so happy. if there weren't any toilets, i think i might have given up. haha. my fren run off w/o me after 2+km, she is too pro.

hope we can do more exercise next time!

From the difference btw gun time and chip time, i think u guys were way behind the starting line. haha.
