may outing

i'm the organiser for may outing(if i din remember wrongly), so yupz...pls let me know the days when u all r free. thanks.

My exam ends on 4 may.
5 may - alumni band prac (at nite)
6 may - hc concert (at nite)
7 may - uncle's wedding + piano + dance

8 - 13 may - dunno which day free...
- meeting to discuss presentation(to be done in chinese!?!) for the china trip...shd take up at most 3 days, i hope...
- fren's bdae
- packing for china trip...

14 may - 3 june
- in china...the departure flight is at 0055...:( i wanna sleep!
- expected arrival time: 2050 on 3 june

so i tink safest to put it as 13 may or 6 may b4 the concert? or u all want weekdays? if there isn't any day in which >3 pple can make it, there are 2 alternatives:

1) meet up some time during 14 may to 31 may w/o me (i'm okay with it)
2) postpone meeting to june

i prefer the former, coz i tink it has been a long time since we have last met n it is no good to keep procrastinating outings. maybe hs can organise it since she was the may organiser:P
